Tabsorb doesn't collect, send, or sell any of your data. It makes no network requests at all, so nothing it sees ever leaves your browser.
What it reads
To decide which tabs to close and where links belong, Tabsorb reads the address, title, and last-used time of your open tabs. Titles are only shown in the extension's popup and are never saved.
What it saves, on your device only
- Your settings, such as how long before idle tabs close.
- The web addresses of tabs you've marked Keep or Sticky, so they survive a browser restart.
- The site names you've set to always be sticky.
- A count of how many tabs were closed today.
This is stored in Chrome's local extension storage. It isn't synced to your Google account. Uninstalling Tabsorb deletes all of it.
What it doesn't do
- No analytics, tracking, ads, or accounts.
- No reading of page content.
- No sharing with anyone, ever.
